2. You are a natural person and are registering an account solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.
3. You are not a resident of, nor physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
4. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
5. You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or immediate family member of any employee or director of jili888 or its affiliated entities.
6. You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or any affiliated platform on grounds of fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

4. Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration Process

To use the Platform, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, Malaysian phone number, and a secure password. All information provided must match your official government-issued identification documents (MyKad or passport).

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate Accounts detected will be closed without notice, and all associated balances — including winnings — may be forfeited.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jili888 will never request your password through any communication channel. You agree to notify jili888 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jili888 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your MyKad or passport, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.

5. Deposits & Payments

jili888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT). Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• All deposits are processed in real time. Delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside jili888's control.
• jili888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• jili888 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• Deposits made in error by the User are not refundable once credited to the Account balance.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being met:

1. Your Account must have successfully passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
2. All applicable wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds received must be fully completed prior to withdrawal of any related winnings.
3. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
4. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jili888 Account holder.
5. e-Wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong via FPX/DuitNow) may take up to 4 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes under normal network conditions.
6. jili888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal above RM 10,000.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

jili888 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral incentives, and VIP rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from Bonus Balance wagering, after fulfilment of the applicable Wagering Requirement, may be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified per promotion). Exact terms are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Minimum deposit to qualify for a welcome bonus is RM 50 unless stated otherwise.
• jili888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Ongoing wagering on an active bonus will not be affected by a promotion's termination.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to, creating multiple Accounts, exploiting promotional terms, or engaging in low-risk matched betting strategies specifically to clear bonus funds, will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in Account closure.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, or device.

8. Betting Rules

The following general rules govern the placement and settlement of wagers on the Platform:

• Wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Cancellations are not permitted except where expressly provided for under specific game or sport rules.
• In the event of a system error, technical fault, or clear pricing error resulting in an erroneously placed bet, jili888 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the User's Real Money Balance.
• All live casino game outcomes (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Blackjack) are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer action, with results being final and binding.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined upon official confirmation of results by the relevant governing body. Disputed sporting outcomes will be settled in accordance with jili888's sport-specific rules, available on request.
• Mix Parlay bets require all individual selections to be correct for the bet to win. A single voided selection will result in the Mix Parlay being recalculated based on the remaining valid selections.
• Maximum payout limits per wager and per settlement period apply and are displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits are subject to change.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC procedures.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund an Account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live dealer or multiplayer game formats.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform for financial gain.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jili888 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

jili888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Failure to provide required KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Reasonable suspicion of multiple Account operation by the same individual.

Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus-related obligations and investigation results will be returned to the User via the registered payment method within 14 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jili888 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any game or service offered thereon.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or network conditions.
• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform, including losses resulting from problem gambling behaviour.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

jili888's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
